When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. When you submit content, we store the submitted data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the free directory service, display your submissions, moderate submitted content, measure site usage, and send service-related emails.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers including Google (authentication and analytics), Resend (email delivery), DigitalOcean (hosting and database), Replicate (AI-assisted content moderation), and Sentry (error monitoring). Submitted listing text may be processed by our moderation provider before publication.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. BotDir does not currently display advertising or sell paid placement.

5. Public Directory and API

Approved listings and the author information supplied with them are public and may be returned through our website, REST API, sitemap, and read-only MCP service. Do not submit confidential information.

6. Data Retention

Your account and submission data are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at info@solosoft.az.
